He was born about 1752 in Mikstat near Ostrzeszow in the Poznan region in Poland. His parents were Antoni and Regina Biczysk. (D1)

In 1791 two lots of census were taken in Mikstat. His house was in the ul. Gabrowska (Gabrowska street). The house number was 43 in one census and 44 in the other. During one census a 20 years old male servant was living in the house. During the other census there was no servant living in the house. (D9)
In 1793, when he was 41 years old, Prussia annexed this part of Poland. From 1793 to 1806 Mikstat was a part of “Suedpreussen”. In 1795 a census was undertaken of the towns including “Mixtat”. Andrzej Biczysk is listed as Andreas Biczisko. He was a farmer, owned house (Feuerstelle) 46 and owned two horses and two cows. The area of his farm was 7 3/8 “Aussaat Berliner Scheffel”. (D8)
In the "Kanton Rolle" of 1795 he was called "Ackermann" and owned house 48. (D10)
In local church records he was once described as Kormornica and once as agricola. He was addressed many times as Famatorum. (D1)
First Marriage:
He married the single Rozalia Roszykiewicz, who was also from Mikstat, on the 12th of January 1777 in the Sw. Trojcy church in Mikstat. (D1)

Second Marriage:
He married the single Teresa Fabrowska, who was also from Mikstat, on the 12th of June 1797 in the Sw. Trojcy church in Mikstat. One of the witnesses was the town councillor Roch Ruszynski. (D1)

Death:
He died of dropsy on the 20th of September 1817 in Mikstat. He was 66 years old. He was buried in the cemetery there a day later. (D1)
