some of his siblings. He was not married at this time.
2. In 1920 he was a widower and his occupation was that of a coal
miner. In the census his daughter, Bernice M. was listed as well as
his mother-in-law, Sarah M. Kenoyer, age 54, a widow.
3. In 1930 a step-daughter, Thelma Perkins, age 15, and his mother-
in-law, Mary Slater, age 81, were enumerated in his household.
William was working at a Missouri Power and Light power plant at
this time.
4. William was in a boiler explosion at work and died from his injuries.
