Mrs. Joe Kosloski
Mrs. Joe Kosloski, 85, Junction City, died at 2:20 a.m. today at St. Michael's Hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Junction City. The Rev. Gordon W. Giese will officiate. Burial will be in St. Michael's Cemetery, Junction City.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Wednesday at the Martens Funeral Home, Junction City, and from 11 a.m. until time of services Thursday at the church.
The former Gusta Bernhagen was born April 17, 1890, in Oconomowoc, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Fred Bernhagen. When she was 12 years old, she moved to Junction City.
Her marriage to Joe Kosloski was April 6, 1910, in Junction City. The couple farmed in the area until 1945, moving to Junction City. Her husband died on April 8, 1970.
Survivors include one son, Donald, Junction City; three brothers, Albert Bernhagen, Dallas, Ore., Paul, Milwaukee, and William Sr., Junction City, two sisters, Mrs. Walter (Margaret) Akey, Wisconsin Rapids, and Mrs. Minnie Berg, Junction City, four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Two brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Mrs. Kosloski was a member of the Senior Citizens Club in Junction City, the Ladies Aid Society of St. Paul Church, and the Auxiliary to Furo-Heinen Post No. 281, American Legion, Junction City.
