An oak desk, now in the possession of Joyce (Hudd) Lehmann, was given to Stanley by his parents when he was about 5 years old.
A photograph taken in the back yard of the Anza Street house shows Stanley with 2 friends-- Rudolf Arfsten and Ward Briggs.
A photo from grade school in San Francisco shows his 8th Grade class, with his teacher, a large stern woman, Mrs. Smith. "One of the best teachers I ever had. She taught Geography." [Quote from Stanley McKenzie Hudd in April 1980.]
