Funeral services for Chris Meyer, 95, who died Sunday night at the home of a daughter, Mrs. John Fuerstenberg, Lancaster, will be held at 9:
30 A.M. Wednesday in St. Clement's Catholic church. Burial will be in St. Lawrence O'Toole cemetery near Mt. Hope. The body was taken to the Gobel Weeden funeral home. A native of Germany, Mr. Meyer came to Wisconsin more than 60 years ago and farmed in the Mt. Hope, Wisconsin vicinity. His wife, the former Mary Patzner, died in 1930. Survivors include five sons, Arthur, Dubuque, Iowa.; Charles and Theodore, Woodman, Wisconsin; and Joe and Leonard, Turkey River, Iowa.; and five daughters, Mrs. Fuerstenberg, Lancaster, Wisconsin; Mrs. Will Scott, Blue River, Wisconsin; Mrs. Peter Adams, Turkey River, Iowa; Elizabeth Meyer, Kieler; and Sister M. Fabian, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
