[Jack Tatum's Family Tree PURE.FTW] Notes for Frances Sammons: On the 1 April 1854 Frances Tatum stated that she was age 72 living in Lewis Co, TN. Being duly sworn according to law, declares that she is the widow of Reuben Tatum deceased who was a Private in the Company commanded by Lieut. John Adams in the Fourth Regiment of Virginia Militia commaned by Lt. Colonel W. C. Greenhill in the War with Great Brittan declared by the United States on the 18th day of June 1812.
