Johann Friedrich Hermann wurde in der Schlacht bei Kesselsdorf (15.12.1745 verwundet und wurde dann Schließ-Kapitän mit Majors Rang uaf derFestung Königsstein, später Kurf. Sächs. Oberstleutnant und Kommandant der Invaliden Kompagnie in Barby(1772 1774). das Kirchenbuch zu Brby sagt: `Sonntag den 02. September 1774 ward der weil. Wohlgeborene Herr Johann Friedrich Hermann, Sr, Churf. Durchl. zu Sachsen hochbestalt gewesener Obrist-Leutnant und Commandant der Garnision zu Barby und Gommern im Alter von 54 Jahren 7 Monate und 10 Tage nach miltärischen Gewohnheiten begraben
