| Dear Sir I am hoping you could help me I am tracing my Mums family tree I have found some information in Amsterdam Stadsdeel I live in Amsterdam but I found out that they originated from Germany to my surprise. I am new with computers and with searching I like to know what is the best site for me to search on-line at my home p.c. I would like to send you the information what I have and I hope that you could guide me from there I have found some information on a site called ridderbos.info but I am not sure if they are related. The parents of my Mum were Jacobus Ridderbos born 17-03-1871 he was born Amsterdam hey married to Christina Loep in 18-10 -1893 They would be the first generation. Second Generation is Hendrik Ridderbos born 02-06-1842 in Amsterdam he married to a Regina Muller on the 22-04 1868. Third generation is Christoffel Ridderbos born 25-11-1804 in Amsterdam he married to Giertjen van der Horst on the 18-09-1803. Fourth generation is Jan Christoffel Ridderbos born 01-03-1778 in Amsterdam he married to Maria Pier in around 1804. Than I found out did the Fifth Generation came from Germany and did would be Franz Henrich Ridder bush born in 1746 Hamelschenburg (Official Gellersen) he married a Anna Elisabeth Dorethea Albrink she was born 08-08-1745 in Reher, and They Came to Holland in 1777 where they got married and named there children Ridderbos. He is the first generation born in Germany. The information below is what I am not sure about. What I would love to know is where can I search and how in Germany to find out more as I have so information about a Johann Ridder bush born in 1635 Griessem (Official Aerzen died 4-12 1703 te Griessem he was married to a Ilse Reinendran from Griessem born 1631 died 7-11 1706 te Reher. Than a Junior Johann Ridder Busch born 1663 died 17-02 Griessem te te Griessem 1712 he was married to Margaretha Elisabeth Quast on 24-09 1693 she was born 28-03-1665 and died Aerzen te te Griessem 15-03 1716. I would love to know if the above two Johann'' s are related in anyway to Franz Henrich Ridder bush and where can I find out more. PS I must admit I am not very good with computers and searching but I am so curious to finding out about the German site of the family. Hope to hear from you soon. | |||
