Divorce Action.
It didn't take Marie Miller Linn long to discover that she had made a mistake when on February 18, 1922 she was united in marriage to Ted Linn. In her complaint for divorce, filed in circuit court, she states that she separated from him the same day they married. She alleged cruel and inhumane treatment. She asks for right to resume her maiden name of Marie Miller. The parties reside at Syracuse.
