[Final.ftw] [Law.ftw] Mitch was baptized at Daniels Meeting House, but moved his membership toNew Dainels in 1915. Mitch served in the Armed Forces in War War I, andwas discharged with a disability.Mitch went to school and became adruggist but, worked at this only a short time. For a short time hetaught school at Union High School, then became a farmer and ran acountry store. He also ran a grist mill, a well drilling rig, and apeanut thrasher. He had jobs for people in a time when there were nojobs. Many were helped by Mitch Law. He and his brother drilled many ofthe wells still in use fifty years later. Mitch was treasurer of New Daniels from 192_ to 196_. He was teacherof the Bible Class as it was called (the adult mens class). He gave itup just before his last illness. Mitch married Tessie Newberry late inlife.
