Details: Long Illness Claims Mrs. P. E. Doerflinger Mrs. Pauline E. Doerflinger, 87. 4723 17th Ave., died at the Redel Nursing Home, Zion, Monday afternoon following a long illness. She was born in Friedewald. Germany, on Aug. 7, 1874, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Karl Becker. She came to this country and to Kenosha in 1882, and had made her home here since that time. On Dec. 25, 1897, she married Frederick P. Doerflinger, who preceded her in death on Feb. 26. 1940. She was a member of Immanuel Methodist church, the Tabea Circle, the Women's Society of Christian Service, and the Bible class of the church. Survivors are two sons, Charles W., Colorado Springs, Colo., and George F., Racine, three daughters, Mrs. William J. Reid and Mrs. Harry P. Binninger, both of Kenosha, and Mrs. Albert E. Christensen, Waukegan; eight grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters, Mrs. Ernst Fechner, Mrs. Robert Becker, and Mrs. Louis Becker, all of Kenosha.
