FRED HINKELDEY DEAD
The remains of the old gentleman named above were laid to rest on Friday of last week in the German Cemetery at Hanover, the funeral servicesbeing conducted by Rev. H. Wehking. The deceased was born in Germany, February 20, 1830, and was in his 80th year when death overtook him.
December 12, 1854, he was married in Asendorf, Germany to Miss Margaretha Sump. To this union were born six children, Dick, Henry, Herman, Anna, Nellie, and Margaretha, all married. In 1872 he came to Chicago, then moved in 1883 to Hanover where they lived until his death last Tuesday, February 8. The many friends of the bereaved family extends heartfelt sympathy. Mr. Hinkeldey was a good man, a kind father and an obligingneighbor.
