Dorothea Sibylle von Brandenburg (* 19. Oktober 1590 in Berlin; † 9. März 1625 in Brieg) war Herzogin von Schlesien.
Ihre Eltern waren der Kurfürst Johann Georg von Brandenburg und Elisabeth von Anhalt-Zerbst.
Sie heiratete 1610 in Berlin Johann Christian, Herzog von Schlesien (Liegnitz, Brieg, Wehlau) (* 28. August 1591; † 25. Dezember 1639). Deren Tochter Sibylle Margarethe Dönhoff heiratete den Reichsgrafen Gerhard Dönhoff.
Sie verwendete 1611 erstmals Kerzen zum Schmücken des Weihnachtsbaumes.
