Er kauft 1602 das Hammergut in Lengenfeld von seinem Vater Abraham FÖRSTER,

das er bis zu seinem Tode besitzt [ vgl. BÖHM  "Chronik ...", S. 207 ]; er wird 1605 als

Meister in die Tuchmacherinnung aufgenommen, ist 1622 Ratsherr u. 1628-33 Markt-

und Landrichter [ BÖHM, a.a.O.,S. 260, nennt  ihn  den wohlhabendsten Bürger von L.

der außer einem Bürgerhaus I. Klasse das Hammergut besaß und wegen der "Mangel"

( wohl einer der Tuchbereitung dienenden Manganlage ) und wegen Hans Schreiters

Haus, die ihm also auch gehört haben, zwei Beiträge IV. Klasse entrichtete ]. ( Zum
