Ging vor 1453 nach Nördlingen, war später zeitweise
in Ulm (1456) und in Augsburg, verließ 1477 endgültig
Augsburg, "um der Schwarz'schen Tyrannei zu entfliehen",
zeitweilig Spitalpfleger in Augsburg.
Ulrich Schwarz kam aus der Zimmermannszunft und betrieb
1476 als Bürgermeister eine Änderung der Stadtverfassung
zugunsten der Zünfte. Er wurde wiederholt in hohe Ämter
gewählt, 1478 jedoch verhaftet und hingerichtet nachdem
er zu vor Gegener aus dem Patriziat (die Gebrüder Vittel)
des Hochverrates beschuldigen, verurteilen und hinrichten
ließ.
