Nach der Heirat übernahm er das Gur Hohen Wieschendorf bei Wismar. 1910 geschieden.
Hohen Wieschendorf wurde verkauft. Udo lebte als Verwalter auf verschiedenen Gütern in Pommern. 1914 wurde er zur Landwehr Kavallerie eingezogen. Machte den Krieg im Osten mit E.K.2 1915 war er in Wilna. Hier heiratete er Alexandra Noroika. Herbst 1916 kaufte er das Gut Gross Schönberg bei Drambburg. 1922 verkaufte er es wieder, verlor sein ganzes Vermögen. Zog nacch Freienwalde. 1929 wieder gesch.
