Er wird 1587 im Geldregister zu Westervesede, und sein Sohn 1590 ebd genannt. Daraus kann die Hofübergabe auf 1588/89 datiert werden. Im Michaeliszins wird Hans Wahlers zusammen mit Hinrich Wahlers vom Hof.5 genannt, weil beide Halbhöfe einst aus der Teilung eines alten Vollhofesvor 1553 entstanden. 1567 Wird Hans im Pflugschatz als Halbhöfner und1553 im 16Pfennigschatz als Hansche mit einem 3Fach Haus und einer 2Fach Scheune,einer Abgabe von 13 Mark 9Schillingen und einem Gesamtwert des Anwesens von 221 Mark genannt.
