Matthews Performs Ceremony;
Ray Coppins Groom.

Miss Edith Krauss, in company with Mrs. J. B. Coppins, left lastTuesday for Flint, where J. B. and Ray Coppins met them. They then wentto Detroit, and later Miss Krauss and Ray Coppins left for Galien, wherethey were married by Rev. D. E. Matthews, former pastor of the localMethodist church. After the ceremony they returned to Detroit, wherethey expect to make their future home.
Miss Krauss has spent her entire life here, was a graduate of theGaylord High School in 1923, and since that time has been employed asstenographer and book keeper in local offices. During her high schooldays she was active in school sports and captained the high school girl'sbasket ball team for one year.
Mr. Coppins is also a Gaylord boy, having spent his life on the farmof his parents west of town, but has been working for some time atDearborn, Michigan.
