Holzhaendler Dec 26, 1999 On Jan. 27, 1989 Mom told me that at one point Mom's family fled toNeuendorf, and stayed with some Hildebrandts, who were not related. They stayed about 2 weeks, and it was probably in the cool fall. Theythen returned to their home, probably their duplex. Mom's family firstlived/owned the "Willms" house, so called because the Willms bought itfrom them. This house is visible in the Lumber Yard Picture where Momand her other young sibs are on. It is the house with the very peakedroof, on the left side of the picture, right behind the lumber yard. From this house they moved to the Big House, grandmother has thisdocumented in our info. When they abanded the Big House in 1917?, they moved to their duplexwhich was beside the lumber warehouse which was beside the Big House, which was acros the street - The New Street . The Big House was fivehouses from the Big Oak Tree. In the duplex, the Vet lived in the front, and the Dyck family livedin the back. scribe, Nelly Rempel SUN.
