Among the representative bussiness men of Buffalo is Peter C.Nebrich,of the firm of
Nebrich & Georgen, engaged in bookbinding and paper ruling who has been identified with the business life of the city for nearly four decades, and is well known as an able and reliable manof honest business methods.

Mr. Nebrich was born in Buffalo, New York, August 19, 1875, son of Henry Nebrich, who was a well known moulder and carder of this city to the time of his death in 1899, and of Theresa (Ernst) Nebrich, who is still living. Mr. Nebrich received his education in the parochial schools of Buffalo, and after completing his school course entered the employ of the American Lithographic Company, which connection he maintained for a period of fifteen years, gaining valuable experience and rendering efficient service to his employers. At the end of that time he madeachange, severing his connection with the American Lithographic Company and becoming identified with Adams & White, engaged in the same line of work. Here he remained for a period of eight years, and then, having become proficient in his line and also having accumulated some capital, he decided to engage in business for himself. He began alone as a bookbinder, also engaging in the work of ruling paper. the following year, 1916, he admitted to partnership. A. E. Georgen, continuing the business under the name of Nebrich & Georgen, which style has been retained to the present time (1922) . The business has steadily increased, and under the efficient management of Mr. Nebrich, has made for itself a reputation for excellence of workmanship, its satisfied patrons becoming its most earnest and profitable advertising agents. The concern occupies a floor space of about 3,000 square feet, and employs about fifteen hands.

Mr. Nebrich takes an active interest in the public affairs of the city of Buffalo, and is known as an efficient, upright business man as well as a worthy friend and associate. He is a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and of the Knights of Columbus, also of the Buffalo Benevolent Society, and his religious affiliation is with St. Nicholas' Roman Catholic Church.

On June 18, 1902, Peter C. Nebrich married Catherine Keeley, of Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, daughter of Edward R. and Mary (Grannow) Keeley, and they are the parents of six children: Catherine, who was born in 1903; Gertrude, born in 1905; Theresa, born in 1907; Francis, born in 1912; Regina, born in 1917; and Peter C., Jr., born October 24, 1922., Died of Coronary sclerosis

Biografisches zu Peter C.Nebrich

Peter C.Nebrich hat das Geschäftsleben von Buffalo mehr als 4 Jahrzehnte
mitbestimmt. Am 19.08.1875 als Sohn des bekannten Formers und Gießers
Henry Nebrich und Therese (Ernst) Nebrich geboren.
Nach dem Abschluß der Konfessionsschule in Buffalo arbeitete er über 15
Jahre bei der American Lithographic Company und sammelte unschätzbare
Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten. Danach war er bei der Firma Adams & White für
8 Jahre tätig. Nachdem er genügend Kapital angespart hatte , machte er sich
selbstständig. Ab 1916 führte er das Geschäft mit seinem Partner A.E. George.
Das Geschäft entwickelte sich stetig unter seiner Leitung und der exellenten
Arbeit und Zuverlässigkeit. Der Betrieb beschäftigte bis zu 15 Mitarbeiter.
Er nahm regen Anteil am öffentlichen Leben der Stadt und gehörte mehreren
Wohltätigkeitsvereinen an.
Am 18.06.1902 heiratete er Catherine Keeley aus Willes-Barre, Pennsilvenia,
Tochter von Edward R. und Mary ( Gramon) Keeley. Sie waren Eltern von
6 Kindern : Catherine-1903,Gertrude-1905,Therese-1907,Francis-1912,
Regina-1917 und Peter C jr 1922.
Er starb an einer Herzkrankheit
