Notes for this person
2004 1 Hi, My name is Jean Hagedorn Passeri. I was surfing on ancestry.com and came across your family tree. We have a connection. My great-grandmother was Henrietta Wedel Hagedorn married to Barthold Hagedorn. She is a sister to Mary Sophronia Wedel Ahlf. I am particularly interested in Barthold Hagedorn and Anna Elisabeth Ahlf from Hannover Germany. My grandfather was George Hagedorn, his father, Barthold Hagedorn. I have not been able to find any information on Barthold's background. He seems to just appear in Illinois. On a register of marriages from Marion County, IL, Barthold (my great-grandfather) names his parents, Barthold Hagedorn and Elizabeth Ehlf. Do you have information on any other children? Where exactly is Oederquardt? What did they do for a living in Germany? Did they come to the US? I would be delighted to hear from you and compare notes. Jean Passeri
