Source-9 TRANSCRIPTION OF PETER BOOHER'S LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I Peter Booher of the County of Sullivan and State of Tennessee wishing to settle all my worldly affairs do make and publish this my lastWill and Testament in manner and form following: That my executors pay all my just debs and funeral expenses out of my personal estate and also all expenses of ?? myself and wife and should I die before my wife Magdaline Booher I will that she be maintained comfortable out of the proceeds of my Land. I give and bequeath to my two sons Jesse B. Booher and Wm. B. Booher my land whereon I now live to them jointly at my death and the death of their Mother.
