George K. "Ken" Prince age 76; September 21, 1941 - January 28, 2018, of North Las Vegas, Nevada, formerly of Junction City, Wisconsin and Wood Dale, Illinois, passed away at home on January 28, 2018. He was born to the late Mildred (nee Yello) and Joseph Prince in Chicago, Illinois. In 1961 Ken enlisted in the U.S. Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1966. Ken served with the Wood Dale Fire Department as fire fighter, then EMT and paramedic and was promoted to lieutenant and shift commander. He retired from the Department in 1992 after 20 years of service and moved to Lake DuBay, Wisconsin where he joined the Junction City Fire Department. He married his wife and best friend, Nancy, in 1987 in Las Vegas, Nevada, never suspecting that they would move to the area later in life and celebrate their 30-year anniversary there in 2017. Ken is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Nancy; children Julieta (Richard) Clinton of Lake in the Hills, IL; Marcelo (Barbara) Morales of North Las Vegas, NV; Kathryn Prince (Matt Ledger) of Fresno, CA; Tina and Lisa Prince of Wood Dale, IL; grandchildren Andrew, Stephanie, Audrey, Brian, Christian, Daniel, and Ethan; and siblings Kathleen (David) Smith of Wood Dale, IL; John (Sheila) Prince of Marengo, IL; Joanne (Ismael) Fonseca of Wood Dale, IL; Joseph (Dolores) Prince of Schaumburg, IL; Michael (Teri) Prince of Sun City, AZ. Obituary: In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Nathan Adelson Hospice, 4141 Swenson, Las Vegas, NV 89119 A Memorial Visitation will be held Saturday, February 10th from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. at The Oaks Funeral Home 1201 E.
