Maddelena TENAGLIA

I was told that she was in her mid to late sixtys when she died Abt.1944 in Orsogna Italy. I was told by family members that during the war, bombs fell closeto her home and the vibration of the bombs knocked the the dishes out of the china closet, and from that day on she was in shock and died a few weeks later. Iwas told by Giuseppe Mincone b1931 that his grandmother came from a town called, (sounds like Phophaduce)and he said its about seven or eight miles north of Orsogna.<br><br>I was told by Giovanni Mincone b.1936 that his Grandmother died during the war (1944) and his father Filippo had buried her in the back yard because they could not burry her in the cemetery until the war was over.<br><br>Whenthe war was over she was then removed and burried in a cemetery in Filitto Italy.
