The date on a recent copy of the wedding record with Marianna Knap, which was made by the registry staff in Kalisz, is given as the 10th of October. I. Appolonov's translation of a photocopy of the L.D.S. microfilm copy of the church books of Godziesze Wielkie gives the date as the 7th of October in the old Russian calendar and as the 19th of October in the Western European calendar.
