She was also called Anna Veronika.

She probably grew up on her parents' farm in Kleinweitzschen. (H7)

She married the single Johann Abraham Hempel, who was living in the village Eichardt in the Großweitzschen parish, on the 1st of September 1776 in the church in Großweitzschen. (H7)
They lived in the Großweitzschen parish till about 1782. Then they moved to the village Minkwitz in the nearby Leisnig parish. (H2, H7)
Death:
She died at 7 a.m. on the 11th of April 1826 in Minkwitz. She had been suffering from apoplexy (German: Schlagfluß) and had been laying lamed in bed for the last 6 years. Other Information:
1. The records in the Großweitzschen church between 1734 and 1752 are written in very bad handwriting. The pastor sent me a photocopy of a sample page. The current pastor, Mr Rudolph, seems to be a kind man.
2. The pastor in Großweitzschen could not find the birth record of Anna Veronika Fischer between 1753 and 1763.
