Other Information:
1. Bernd Salewski doesn't know Dierich Grotheer's origins.
2. Dierich Grotheer's paternal grandfather was probably Johan Grotheer (born about 1570). He is No. 7040 in my genealogy. Johan Grotheer migrated to the Osterholz-Scharmbeck area in about 1595. There were no other Grotheers living in the Osterholz-Scharmbeck area at that time.
3. Dierich Grotheer's father was probably one of Johan Grotheer's sons. It probably was not Harm Grotheer (born about 1600 in Nedderendermoor). It was probably Menke Grotheer (born about 1595 in Nedderendermoor) or Dierk Grotheer (born about 1610 in Nedderendermoor).
