Other Information:
According to the genealogist Mrs. Renken, there were two families named Otto Grimm living in Weyerdeelen in the 1670s and 1680s. One family lived in the house Weyerdeelen No. 1 and the other in house Weyerdeelen No. 4 (?). The wife of one Otto Grimm was Mette whose maiden name was possibly Wendelken. The other Otto Grimm was married with a woman named Eilke. She died on the 16 October 1677. He married Anna Boetjer on the 3 May 1677.
The children of these two families cannot be distinguished from the church records alone, because the ministers only recorded the father's name and the village of the home in the baptism records.
According to the genealogist Bernd Salewski, this Hinrich Grimm was born in Weyerdeelen No. 1. Bernd Salewski based his information on the genealogist G. Aust. The previous owners of Weyerdeelen No. 1 were Otto Grimm and his wife Mette nee Wendelken.
