Agnes von Holstein († 1386), Herzogin von Sachsen-Lauenburg, begraben im Ratzeburger Dom, war die Tochter des Grafen Johann III. von Holstein-Kiel († 1359) und der Katharina von Glogau (†1323/1326).
Agnes versprach in Trittau am 22. März 1327 Herzog Erich II. von Sachsen-Lauenburg († 1368/1369) die Ehe. Die Trauung fand zwischen 1342 und 1349 statt. Aus der Verbindung gingen hervor:
Erich IV. (1354-1412), Herzog von Sachsen-Lauenburg
Agnes († nach 1387), verheiratet mit Herzog Wilhelm von Braunschweig-Lüneburg († 1369)
