Sancha von Kastilien und Polen (* 21. September 1154 oder 21. September 1155; † 9. November 1208 in Sijena) war von 1174 bis 1206 Königin von Aragonien.
Sie war das einzige Kind von König Alfons VII. von Kastilien († 1157) und Richeza von Everstein. Am 18. Januar 1174 heiratete sie in Saragossa König Alfons II. von Aragonien. Nach dem Todihres Mannes 1196 zog sie sich nach Sijena zurück und wurde Nonne.
Sie hatte mindestens sechs Kinder, darunter Peter II. von Aragòn, Alfonsos Nachfolger auf dem Thron von Aragonien und Katalonien, und Konstanze von Aragon, die erste Frau Kaiser FriedrichII. Roger.
