Er muß aber später noch aufgestiegen sein, denn bei seinem Tod 1362 wird er als Ritter bezeichnet., Zusammen mit seinem Bruder Gyse hat er als Welfisches Lehen 3 Hufen in Didingershusen und einen Hof Wulvestorpe (1330 - wobei 1360 die Wiederbelehnung erfogt). , 1338 ist er Zeuge des Ritters Dietrich Holtgreve., Nach dem Wappen auf dem Grabstein seines Enkels Ottrabe war seine Gattin eine geborene von Oldershausen. Der Vorname ist nicht bekannt.
