Otto I. von Scheyern (nach anderer Zählung Otto II. von Scheyern) (* ca. 1020; † vor 4. Dezember 1078) ist der älteste eindeutig belegbare Vorfahr der Wittelsbacher. Sein Vater wird als Otto bezeichnet (daher die alternative Zählweise) ist aber urkundlich nicht belegbar.
Er wurde 1039/47 Vogt von Freising. 1073 wird er als "comes de Skyrun" Graf von Scheyern genannt.
Otto war zweimal verheiratet.
