Sizzo III. von Schwarzburg-Käfernburg (auch Syzzo); (* 1093; † 19. Juni 1160) war Graf von Schwarzburg und ab 1141 auch von Graf von Käfernburg. Er war Erbauer der beiden Burgen Käfernburg (südöstlich von Arnstadt nahe dem Ort Angelhausen-Oberndorf) und Schwarzburg.
Er erwarb auch Blankenburg.
Über seine Abstammung herrscht Unklarheit. Er ist entweder einziger Sohn des Grafen Günther I. von Schwarzburg und der Mechthild von Kiew, Tochter von Fürst Jaropolk (Erbin von Bleichingen). Hingegen soll nach Hans Patze sein Vater der Graf Sizzo II. sein.
1143 stiftete er bei Altenbergen ein Zisterzienserkloster, das er seinem Neffen Eberhard aus Morimund unterstellte. Gegen die Gründung protestiert Bischof von Naumburg Udo I. und verlangte die Verlegung. Daraus wurde Dann Kloster Georgenthal.
1157 zog er mit den Staufern gegen Polen.
Sein jüngerer Sohn ist Günther II. von Käfernburg.
