Vazul oder Vászoly (manchmal auch Wacilo, deu.: Vasul, griech.: Basilios) war im 11. Jahrhundert ein ungarischer Fürst, Sohn von Fürsten Mihail, Enkelsohn des Großfürstens Taksony.
Über sein Leben weiß man sehr wenig.
Sein Sohn, Wancel, oder Wancil war Stephans I. Vetter; Als solcher, hatte er Anspruch auf dem ungarischen Thron nach Prinzen Emmerichs Tode. Davor fürchtend, dass der wüstes Leben führende, heidnischer Vazul tatsächlich König von Ungarn wird, ließ ihn Stephan festnehmen, und blenden. Jedoch beschuldigte man später die bayrische Königin, Stephans I. Ehefrau, Gisela mit dieser Tat. Vazuls Söhne vertrieb man vom Lande.
