Loesche uebernimmt den Hof. Die Familien der beiden Toechter Inge Lippold mit Ehemann Hartmut Lippold und Ilona Hemmann mit Ehemann Harald Hemmann haben durch Um- und Ausbau vonWohnhaus und Stallgebaeude moderne und geraeumige Wohneinheiten geschaffen, den Hof in zwei selbststaendige Wohngrundstuecke aufgeteilt und als Eigentum uebernommen. Die Felder uebernahm Erich Kluegels Sohn Heinz Kluegel aus Braunichswalde. ___ <br /><br /></span><span style="font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;"><span lang="de-DE">Paitzdorf #25 ___ </span></span><span style="font-family: Liberation Serif,serif;">1955: Alfred Kluegel&rsquo;s son, Erich Kluegel, became the owner of property #25. ___ 1960: The Agricultural Production Cooperative [the East German equivalent to the Kolkhoz/ collective farm in the former Soviet Union] took over the land management/ farming. In 1990, the year of Germany&rsquo;s reunification, the Agricultural Production Cooperative was transformed into a farmers&rsquo;/ agricultural cooperative society. ___ 1978: Erich Kluegel is deceased. His widow Ilse, born Loesche, took over the property. The two daughters of the family, Inge Lippold with husband HartmutLippold, and Ilona Hemmann with husband Harald Hemmann, created, by extensive renovation and reconstruction of the residential house and the barn, modern and spacious accommodation units and dividedthe farmyard into two independent residential real estate properties. Erich Kluegel&rsquo;s son, Heinz Kluegel from Braunichswalde, took over the land.</span></span></span></p>
