9 | Quelle Angaben zur Veröffentlichung: Traer Star-Clipper 21 January 1926 Wedding Wilbur Wiese and Rose Dvorak, both of this vicinity, were married at the P resbyterian parsonage in Toledo January 5th by Rev. B. C. Montgomery. T he bride wore a gown of rose petal satin crepe, trimmed in silver and carr ied a brides bouquet of roses and snapdragons. She was attended by Dorot hy Wiese, sister of the groom, who was attired in blue flat crepe and wo re a corsage of sweet peas. The groom was attended by the brides brothe r, Glen Dvorak. The bride is the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mr s. F. A. Dvorak, and is a charming young lady of fine quality and is high ly respected by all her friends, having been reared and educated here a nd has spent her entire life in this community, graduating from the Elber on high school in 1921 and in 1922 with the graduating class of Ferguson h igh school. She later attended I. S. T. C. at Cedar Falls and has been t eaching in Tama county schools for the past four years with marked succes s. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Wiese, of North Elberon, and h as spent his entire life in and around Elberon, with the exception of a f ew years spent in Sioux City while taking a mechanical course, and is a pr omising young man, highly respected by all who know him, and is a young m an of good habits. Mr. and Mrs. Wiese returned Tuesday from their honeymo on trip to Chicago, where they visited the formers uncle and aunt. On Wed nesday they were given a reception at the opera house by their friends, wh ich was well attended and enjoyed, the evening being spent in dancin g. A Belle Plaine orchestra furnished the music. The newlyweds receiv ed many beautiful and useful gifts. They will occupy the N. O. Byam fa rm east of Elberon after March 1st.
