"Heinrich Gewinner, Metzgermeister aus Goldkronach, entleibte sich durch einen Schuß in die Brust auf dem Waldstein, wo der im Hospiz übernachtet hatte, Donnerstag, den 16. Oktober 1856 morgens 5 Uhr; er wurde am 17. nach Zell gebracht, obduziertund auf dem Totenacker in der Still beerdigt. Alter 46 Jahre".
