Die Benkelher Bauern wurden mit Vornamen und dem Zusatz thom Lo später zum Loh genannt

Er wird 1633 zum 1.x auf dem Hof im Michaeliszins genannt. 1632 wird noch Hein Brokmann ebd im Schmal-und Michaeliszins genannt. Somit kanndie Hofübergabe auf 1633 datiert werden. Weiterhin wird er 1641 und 1652 im Korn-und Geldreg. / 1646 im Contributionsverzeichnis / 1636, 1638, 1640 und 1648 im Michaeliszins / im Abgabenverz. der Kirche um 1647/50 als Halb- höfner und Herrenmeyer und zuletzt 1656 im Kirchenbuchals Hinrich Brockmann zum Lohe ! Dann wird 1656 Lütche GROBRÜGGE den Hof bis 1674 führte, und danach Hinrichs Sohn Jürgen. Deswegen ist anzunehmen das Lütche die junge Wittwe des Hinrich ehelichte.# 1639 im Bruchregister steht: Heinrich Brokman zum Lohe hat einen Häusling.#
