(15 May 1905, John M. White, Esquire, Judge) A writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Nathaniel J. Thurston, deceased, was this day produced in Court by Mary S. Thurston, the executrix therein named, and proved by the oath of J. M. Jennings, one of the subscribing witnesses thereto, to be the last will and testament of Nathaniel J. Thurston, deceased, and thereupon is ordered to be recorded as the last true will and testament of the said Nathaniel J. Thuston, deceased, and on the motion of Mary S. Thuston, the executrix therein named, who took the oath of an executrix, and together with J.J. Hall and W.H. Turner, her sureties, (who qualified as to their sufficiency) entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of one thousand dollars conditioned according to law, certificate is granted the said Mary S. Thurston for obtaining a probate of the said will in due form. | |
