"Another wedding was solemnized in this vicinity Thursday evening of
last week. At the home of the brides parents, Mr. and Mrs. Thos.
Grizzell, Dec. 26, 1901, at 7 o'clock. Miss Edna Grizzell was happily
married to Mr. Robt. Brockman, son of Jas. Brockman. Rev. D.B. Clifton
officiating. After the ceremony and congratulations by those present a
splendid supper was served by the bride's parents, and on the following
day a reception was given them and several of their friends at the home
of the groom. These are among our most prominent young people, and have
lots of friends who join the Rustler in extending congratulations and
wishes them a happy and prosperous journey through life.

"DIES AT HIS WORK
Robert [Brockmann], 60 years old, 1716 Broadway, died unexpectedly
last night at 217 West Eighteenth street where he was employed as a
pressman by the Midwest Sign company. General hospital ambulance
attendants attributed the death to a heart attack."

"Robert Brockman Funeral Tuesday At Clifton Hill
Short funeral services for Robert Brockman, former Clifton Hill banker,
will be held at the Clifton Hill Cemetery at 1 o'clock tomorrow
afternoon. Mr. Brockman died at his home in Kansas City yesterday.
Born and reared in Clifton Hill, Mr. Brockman headed the Farmers Bank
at Clifton Hill for many years. He had resided in Kansas City since
1927. He is survived by a large number of relatives in Clifton Hill and
vicinity."

"Short funeral services were held for Robert Brockman, former Clifton
[Hill] banker, by the Rev. [D.] John Meyers, Tuesday afternoon at one
o'clock at the Clifton Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Brockman died Sunday at his home in Kansas City. Born and reared
in and near Clifton he was president of the Farmers Bank for a number of
years, and moved to Kansas City in 1927."
