A note in the Huntsville Herald newspaper reported the death of a five

month old infant of this family having died on 28 Mar 1873.

Copied from the Huntsville Herald of 3 Feb 1905:

"Old Citizen Gone. Will A. Brockman, who resided a few miles southeast

of town, and one of those old citizens of the county, died at his home

Wednesday morning about 5 o'clock of pneumonia. He was about 70 years

old and was a very quiet inoffensive old man, and was well liked by all

who knew him. His burial took place today (Thursday). He leaves a wife

and several children."
