His death certificate lists the address at the time of death as 221 W.Henrietta Street, but the 200 block of Henrietta Street no longer exists.It appears to have been demolished to provide space for the north-boundlanes of Interstate 395. The location for the former residence ofWilhelm & Barbara Brueckmann is approximated to be: N 39.2795 degrees, W76.6185 degrees (GPS coordinates taken at the site). Under an earlierstreet numbering system the location of the same residence was 154Henrietta Street, according to listing in the Baltimore City Directory.

The death certificate also lists his name as Frederich Wm. Brueckmann.The tombstones of Wilhelm and Barbara contain the German spelling(Brückmann) of Brueckmann. Latitude and Longitude coordinates taken atthe grave site with a hand held GPS unit are as follows: North 39.27643degrees, West 76.67719 degrees.

The clerk at the archives said that the full (original) court record is not available due to it being either lost or destroyed.
