DEATH NOTICES

MARTHA WILSON (nee Yerschke) of Folcroft, formerly of Glenolden, Radnor and Queens, passed away on October 4, 2010 at home at the age of 66. She was born and raised in Ridgewood, where she attended Grover Cleveland High School. She graducated with a degree in cosmetology and received her license. She worked in numerous beauty shops and retail stores. Martha was active in the Democratic Party where she was a com- mittee woman in Glenolden and Folcroft. She was also treasurer of Southeast DELCO Democratic Party and an inspector of elections in Radnor TWP. Her husband, Clifford, was chairman of the Delaware County Democratic Party. Martha was a devoted homemaker who enjoyed raising her two children and her two granchildren. She enjoyed cooking, decorating and traveling, especially to Williamsburg and Hawaii. She was predeceased by her parents Wilhelm and Helen Yerschke. She is survived by her husband, Clifford Wilson of Folcroft, daughters Sharon Wilson and Erica Wilson of Folcroft, and two grandchildren. She was the loving sister of Dorothy Delia of New York, Lois Hickey of New York and Helen Olsen of Fla. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Funeral service was held on Saturday, October 9 at McCausland-Garrity Funeral Home, Chester Pike Glenolden, Pa.
