Hill was born May 7,1931 in Wetumka, Hughes County, Oklahoma to Richard Martin Hill and Willie Mae STEELE Hill and died Monday April 5,1982 in Ft. Smith, Sebastian County, Arkansas.
He was an Employee of Gerber Products Company.
Survivors include his Wife, Peggy of the home; two daughters Janet and husband Seth Ferrell III of Phoenix, Arizona, and Lawana Bentencourt of Roland; four sons, Steven of the home, Randy of the U.S. Air Force in Dyce Texas, Darrell of the U.S. Air Force in Denver Colorado; J.C. Jr. of Modesto California; His mother Willie Mae Allen and stepfather George Allen both of Roland, Oklahoma; two sisters Lorene Sherry of Seguin, Texas; and Faye and husband Gorden Bradley of Lawton, Oklahoma; two brothers Truman Phipps of Ft. Smith, Arkansas and Ben Phipps of Plano, Texas and 5 grandchildren.
