I Constantine Perkins, of Louisa' etc' for divers good causes but more especially for the natural love & affection which I have & do bear to my loving children hereinafter mentioned, I give unto the m and their heirs forever the fol. lands Negroes viz'
To son Constantine Perkins, Jr. after my decease, 200ac. Goochland Co. [Henrico Co. 1724] whereon my said son now lives and slave-Peter.
To son Nicholas Perkins, slave Jacob
To son William Perkins, slave Adam now in his possession.
To son Stephen Perkins, slave, Nathaniel.
To dau. Ann Perkins, `now ANN OGLESBY'-2 slaves, Judith & Tom.
To dau. Elizabeth Perkins, now Elizabeth Ellis 3 slaves; Moses, Esther, and Doll and Sarah.
To grd. dau. Ann Perkins, Now Ann Clarkson, dau. to my son Constantine Perkins, --slave Peter.
To my grd. dau. JEMIMA OGLESBY, dau. of my dau. Ann, one slave, Isham.
To son Constantine Perkins, Junr., slave-Harry
"All of above to take effect at his death.
Lastly all the remainder (etc) both real & personel at my decease I give to be equally divided among all my children viz. Constantine Perkins, Nicholas Perkins, William Perkins, Stephen Perkins, Josep h Perkins, Harden Perkins, Mary Atkinson, Ann Oglesby, Elizabeth Ellis. This May 19, 1761
