A wedding of interest to local people occurred at Junction City on Wednesday morning when Miss Anna Koslowski became the bride of William Skibba. The ceremony was performed at St. Michael's Catholic church, Rev. A. Forysiak officiating. The double ring service was used. Miss Emma Ciecholinski of this city and Anton Slulezeski of Junction City were bridesmaid and groomsman respectively.
The bride was a attired in a gown of white georgette and wore a veil, carrying a shower bouquet of roses. Miss Ciecholinski wore salmon pink georgette and carried a bouquet of roses.
A wedding dinner and supper were served at the bride's home to 75 relatives and friends of the couple, on Wednesday. Mr. and Mrs. Skibba will reside in Junction City.
The bride is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Koslowski of Junction City. For the past year she has been employed as a saleslady at the P. Rothman & company store in this city. The groom, a son of Mr. and Mrs. John Skibba of Junction City, is employed as a potato buyer in that village.

Junction City couple married 50 years
The golden anniversary of Mr. and Mrs. William Skibba Sr., Junction City, was celebrated with a 10 a.m. mass Sunday at St. Michael's Catholic Church.
A dinner for the immediate family was served at noon followed by a reception in St. Michael's Church and have always resided in Junction City. Mr. Skibba was born Feb. 8, 1894, the son of Mr. and Mrs. John Skibba. His wife, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Koslowski, was born Nov. 25, 1896.
They are the parents of three sons and one daughter, Eugene Skibba, Wisconsin Rapids, William Skibba Jr., Gresham, Ore., Raymond Skibba, Wausau, and Mrs. James Wotruba, Milladore. There are 15 grandchildren.
Anton Schultz, Stratford, who served as best man 50 years ago, was among the guests. Emma Soik, Stevens Point, was unable to attend.
