Obituary
Cecelia Lesavich
Cecelia Lesavich, 84, formerly of Junction City, died early Monday morning, November 27, 1995, at the Marshfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She had been a resident there the past 10 months.
A memorial Mass will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Junction City. The Rev. John Wisneski will officiate. There will be no visitation.
The body will be cremated and a private family burial will take place at a later date.
Plsarski-Dzikoski Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements.
Mrs. Lesavich was born Nov. 20, 1911, in Junction City, a daughter of the late Leo and Helen Borski. She attended St. Michael's Catholic Grade School in Junction City. She was married to Victor Lesavich on June 9, 1931, at St. Michael's Catholic Church. The couple settled in Junction city and farmed. He died Jan. 9, 1981.
A member of St. Peter Rosary Society Rose 29 and St. Michael's Rosary Society, she was also a Foster Grandparent.
Survivors include a daughter, Marjorie (M. Thomas) Hughes, Milladore; a grandchild; two great-grandchildren; a brother, Michael (Mary) Borski, Hawkins, Texas; and a sister, Katherine Kossek, Rolling Meadows, Ill.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, four sisters and a brother.
