A fall color theme was carried out for the wedding today of Miss Rosalie Wayerski and Jerome S. Rice, who repeated their nuptial vows at St. Michael's Catholic Church, Junction City.

Their parents are Mr. and Mrs. Frank Wayerski, Junction City, and Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Rice, 823 Stanley St.

Bronze and white mums were on the altar for the 10:30 a.m. ceremony read by the Rev. Ernest Kaim.

The Oradell Ballroom was decorated with streamers to match the fall shades of the gowns of the women in the wedding party for the festivities which followed. Arrangements of fall leaves and wheat in pumpkins were on the tables. Breakfast was served to 100 families while members of 250 families are expected for a reception and dinner this afternoon.

For this morning's ceremony, Sister Mary Louise accompanied the children's choir of the church for the singing of the nuptial mass and "On This Day, O'Beautiful Mother."

The bride, who was given in marriage by her father, had her niece, Miss Deona Wojtalewicz, Junction City, as her maid of honor and Misses Joyce Brezinski Milwaukee, and Jeannette Lobner, Stevens Point, as her bridesmaids. They wore rust, gold and golden brown dresses, respectively.

Ronald R. Rice was his brother's best man with James Brezeczkowski, Milwaukee, and Richard Harting, Des Plaines, Ill., as the groomsmen. The ushers were James Wayerski and Eugene Rice, brothers of the couple.

Elaine Wojtalewicz, carried a miniature bridal bouquet when she took her place as flower girl for her aunt with Rodney Rice, formally attired, as the ringbearer. He is the nephew of the bridegroom.

The bride's gown has a fitted bodice of silk organza made with long sleeves and a modified scoop neckline outlined with embroidered lace and seed pearls. The bouffant skirt of silk-faced peau de soie is made with a redingote effect and features a large seed pearl-studded embroidered Alencon lace motif in the front and a chapel train in the back. A tiny silk organza bow is at the waist.

Her bouffant veil falls from a pearl-trimmed rosette. She carried white fuji mums with sprays of wheat and clusters of the mums extending downward.

The bridal aides' street-length dresses have short sleeves and are otherwise made like the bridal gown. In their hair are silk organza cabbage roses to match their dresses, gloves and other accessories. They carried bronze, gold and golden brown pompons interwoven on canes.

Relatives and friends are at the wedding from Milwaukee, Sturgeon Bay, Racine, Wausau, Marshfield, Stevens Point, Junction City and Chicago, Joliet and Des Plaines, Ill.

After a week's wedding trip into Canada, the new Mr. and Mrs. Rice will live at 442 S. Fremont St., where they will be at home after Nov. 8.

Mr. Rice, a 1954 graduate of P. J. Jacobs High School, attended Northwestern University at Evanston, Ill., and Central State College. He is a bookkeeper for the Erickson Oil Co. Mrs. Rice, who was graduated in 1959 from Jacobs High, is legal secretary for the law firm of Bablitch & Diedrich.

Pre-nuptial events included a coin shower given by the parents of the couple and the bride's sisters and brothers, which was attended by 150 families. A miscellaneous shower was given by Mrs. Leo Retzki, Miss Jeannette Lobner, Miss Elaine Lobner and Mrs. Richard Stanislawski at the home of Mrs. Retzki.
