Helen J. Beese of Mundelein The visitation for Helen J. Beese (nee Trost), 91, will be from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, at St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 24500 N. Old McHenry Road, Lake Zurich. Interment will follow in St. Matthew's Cemetery. Born April 10, 1918, in Long Grove, she died peacefully Friday, April 24, 2009, at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Helen was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher for 20 years and sang in the choir. She was also a member of the L.W.M.L. and the Ladies Evening Guild. She is survived by her children, Diane (Stan) Villarreal, Warren Beese and Rev. David (Nancy) Beese; her grandchildren, Victor Koenig, Greg Koenig, Amy Plunkett, Vicki Brimmer, Sarah Sedlock and Timothy (Rhonda) Beese; three sisters, Anna Bernsee, Dorothy (Wayne) Kramer and Gertrude (James) Ford; sister-in-law, Betty Trost; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond; son, Rev. Roger Beese; grandson, Aaron Beese; and two brothers, Ray and Carl Trost. In lieu of flowers, memorials to St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 24500 N. Old McHenry Road, Lake Zurich, IL 60047, appreciated. Arrangements were made by Kristan Funeral Home, Mundelein.
