Cooley, 37, died at Oaklawn hospital at 2:30 a.m. today after a short illness. ~Mrs. Cooley, who was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Eipper of Marshall, was born in Marshall January 7, 1898 and was a life-long resident. She graduated from the Marshall high school. On June 18, 1927 was united in marriage with Duane Cooley. Mrs. Cooley was a member of the Zion Lutheran church. ~Surviving is the husband, a daughter, Marjorie Joyce, 7; the parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred C. Eipper, of Marshall, three sisters, Mrs. Howard Long, Mrs. Frank Brown and Mrs. Glenn Merritt, all of Battle Creek, another sister, Miss Helen Eipper at home, also two brothers, Frederich H. and Richard C. Eipper, who also reside at home. ~The funeral will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday from the Kelser and More funeral home. The Rev.
